Hussein Ghareh is the Head of Professional Services at Innerspace, where he leads a multidisciplinary team focused on bringing data-driven solutions into pharmaceutical manufacturing and enabling their scalable implementation across teams, processes, and sites.
A neuroscientist by training, Hussein has studied and worked across four countries in different scientific and professional environments. This international experience has shaped his approach to leadership and team building: bringing together people with different cultures, backgrounds, and expertise around a shared purpose.
At Innerspace, his focus is on building a Professional Services organization that connects technology, pharmaceutical expertise to customer needs. In a high-tech environment, he sees Professional Services as an important bridge between the solution and its real-world implementation, helping customers adopt new ways of working while creating delivery models that can scale without compromising quality.
“Technology creates value when it helps people make better decisions. Our role in Professional Services is to bring together expertise, data, and technology in a way that can be implemented consistently and scaled across an organization.”
Hussein joined Innerspace in 2022 as a Business Analyst and went on to build a team of Quality Risk Management consultants, which later evolved into today’s Professional Services team. During this journey, he played a key role in developing the Frame-by-Frame® methodology, and helping shape the solution, expertise, and delivery approach from the ground up.
Today, as Head of Professional Services, Hussein focuses on scaling this foundation, building multidisciplinary teams, strengthening delivery capabilities, and developing repeatable approaches to ensure Innerspace’s solutions are implemented consistently across customers, processes, and sites.
A major focus of his work is the next generation of pharmaceutical Quality Risk Management. He believes that structured process knowledge and data can help move QRM toward more objective, transparent, and repeatable decision-making.
Innerspace’s Frame-by-Frame® technology supports this approach by transforming manufacturing processes into structured data. This creates a common foundation for risk-based decisions, process improvement, documentation, and training, and allows knowledge to be reused and scaled rather than recreated from project to project.
“For me, scalability does not mean doing more at the expense of quality. It means using data, technology, and standardized methods so that high-quality decisions can be repeated across teams, processes, and sites.”
Today, Hussein’s ambition is to contribute to the next generation of Quality Risk Management in pharma; one that combines human expertise with structured data and technology to support better and more consistent decisions.
Hussein holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the Medical University of Innsbruck. His academic journey also included research and study experiences in the Netherlands and Germany, including Vrije Medical Universiteit Amsterdam and the Center for Regenerative Therapies Dresden.
